Animal Hospital Policies
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.
Patient Arrival Policy:
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area and exam rooms. All cats must be in a carrier or on a leash if leash trained.
Restraint during appointments:
We ask that all pets be restrained by the vet assistant during examinations for the safety of the pet, the staff and the client. While we make every attempt to make your pet feel comfortable during a visit, they may be uneasy about the new environment, new people, other animals resulting in your pet behaving differently than usual.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
