Pharmacy and Prescription Refills
On-site Pharmacy for Your Convenience
A
fully stocked in-house pharmacy is available for the medications
your pet requires. Our doctors also work closely with compounding
pharmacies to create palatable medications for exotic pets as well
as pets with special needs. To ensure accuracy, 24 hours notice is
requested for a refill of medications.
Note: Please allow us 24 hours to fill your prescription. In accordance with the guidelines of the American Animal Hospital Association, every prescription is double checked by a veterinarian after it is filled to insure accuracy. Special order prescriptions may take 6-10 days. These items can only be ordered once per week and it may take 3-4 days for them to arrive and be prepared for pick up.
Two ways you can request a prescription refill online
1. Pet Portal
Your pet portal is the best way to request a prescription refill. You may use the portal to view your pets’ past prescriptions and select which prescription you need to have refilled.
2. Online Refill Form
We also accept refill requests using the fill-in form below. Complete the form and we will have your prescription ready for pick-up within 24 business hours. For new prescriptions, please call us at 757-868-8532.
